Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a session. By scheduling and completing payment for a session with Chac-Mool, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Nature of Services

Chac-Mool offers spiritual guidance, life coaching, and supernatural readings intended to support personal insight, reflection, and understanding. These services are spiritual and advisory in nature.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or legal conditions and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health care.

 

Sessions & Payment

  • All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.

  • No sessions are held without completed payment.

  • Prices are listed per session or package and are subject to change without notice.

 

Time, energy, and spiritual labor are honored through payment and commitment.

 

Session Format

  • Sessions are conducted by phone unless otherwise specified.

  • Chac-Mool will call the phone number provided at booking at the scheduled time.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate and that they are available at the scheduled time.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows will be considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect scheduled time.

 

Packages

  • Session packages are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for commitment.

  • Packages must be used within the specified time frame (if applicable).

  • Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

Client Responsibility

Spiritual guidance offers insight, not guarantees. All decisions, actions, and outcomes following a session remain the responsibility of the client.

Chac-Mool does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or changes.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Chac-Mool reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a request is not aligned with the nature of the work or if boundaries are not respected.

 

Confidentiality

All sessions are held in confidence. Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
